Question 1

Is the output client-ready?

Accepted Answer

Usually very close. Most of what we put in front of our own clients goes out after a few tweaks — a turn of phrase, a detail only the account team would know. A strategist still reads it before it leaves, because your name is on it, but that is the discipline rather than a shortfall in the work.

Question 2

Who on my team operates it?

Accepted Answer

Everyone, at every level. It raises the floor on junior work and gives senior people their time back. It is not Google-obvious on day one — budget a focused day with the team and a couple of weeks of real use, and commit to it rather than dabbling alongside your old tools.

Question 3

Does it replace our media database?

Accepted Answer

No — and media is the one channel PromptPR doesn't discover. Keep the database you have, upload your journalist lists, and it builds the deep profiles, backgrounders and pitches on top of them. Analysts, podcasts, YouTube creators and Reddit communities it finds for you.

Question 4

How is this different from prompting ChatGPT well?

Accepted Answer

A single model gives one good answer to the question you thought to ask, and a different answer to your colleague tomorrow. PromptPR chains several models with a fact-checking pass, fed by more than thirty-five live data services — so the method is repeatable across your whole team.

Question 5

Is my client data secure?

Accepted Answer

Client data is isolated per client and never used to train shared models. Multi-tenant by design — nothing leaks between agencies, and nothing leaves your stack into vendor training pools.

Question 6

What does “private beta” actually mean?

Accepted Answer

A small group of agencies each month, onboarded personally by the founders, with real influence over what gets built. No SLA yet. US agencies only for now — the search and answer-engine coverage is US-focused.
