About

We run an agency. That's the whole reason this works.

PromptPR is built exclusively for US PR agencies, by two people with roughly three decades of agency experience between them at MindsharePR — which is still running, still pitching, and still the place every feature gets tested before anyone else sees it.

OriginThe observation
Why it exists

Agencies produce enormous volumes of work without much confidence they're pursuing the right narratives.

That is not a criticism of agencies. It is a description of the tooling. Media databases, monitoring dashboards and AI writing assistants all optimise operational throughput — how fast work gets made and counted. None of them help decide what the work should be about.

So the most consequential decision in the whole programme has been left to instinct, internal politics, recycled messaging and reactive moves against competitors. Volume becomes the proxy for progress, even though influence comes from owning the right conversations rather than speaking the loudest.

What we believe

Narratives come before execution. PR should not start with "write a press release" or "build a media list." It should start with which conversations matter, which are winnable, and which align with how audiences actually judge credibility.
PR needs its own intelligence layer. Search tools rank pages. Monitoring tools report what already happened. Neither helps decide what to pursue next in earned media.
Strategy must be explainable. A recommendation is only useful if the team can defend it. Narrative choices should rest on demand signals, competitive context and audience intent — not a black-box score.
Measurement should reflect intent. Share of voice only means something measured against narratives you deliberately chose to compete in. Otherwise it is a louder way to count mentions.
It is a team member, not a replacement. The platform delivers its work to your team and stops. Everything that reaches a client passes a person first.

We don't sell to your clients. PromptPR goes to agencies only. Enterprises and founders who ask get referred to an agency using it. Selling to both sides would make us a weapons dealer, and it would make your account a competition.
